Develop practical skills in timetabling, attendance, parent communication, billing and everyday programme administration. Learn from Dr. Maya and Duncan's experience and exchange ideas with fellow coordinators.
Day 2: Back-to-Work Application Workshop (Optional)
Friday 29 January 2027
Bring your laptop and existing programme materials. Work with Duncan and Dr. Maya to build or improve your school’s timetables, refine your workflows and put your learning into practice.

Lunch, coffee and refreshments are provided, with plenty of time for networking, sharing and learning throughout the event.
